Master moms

Groups of 4-5 women // 3 months // 9 sessions

Master Mom groups are small cluster groups of 4 to 5 moms in the same station of life. The goal of these groups is to motivate and celebrate each other while also identifying roadblocks in life. We work together to brainstorm creative, tangible action steps to move you closer to the best version of yourself and engage your role as a mom to your utmost ability.

Having a small army of women to encourage and journey along with you is an invaluable asset.

My role as coach in these groups is:

  • to create an environment that encourages new ideas and forward thinking

  • to motivate each group member to come up with action plans to help them overcome personal hurdles

  • to bring tools, clarity and intentionality to each meeting

  • to be your facilitator, cheerleader and to celebrate wins

how do i start A group?

Starting a group is simple. Grab 4-5 women currently in your life circle that you share a common parenting thread with. Contact me with your ideas for your group and we will get started! Potential group clusters:

  • young moms

  • working moms

  • stay-at-home moms

  • seasoned moms

  • empty nest moms

  • moms of teens/seniors/college students

  • sandwich moms (caring for parents and children)

can i join an existing group?

Yes! Part of my job as a life coach is to connect people with likeminded others. If you are open to meeting new people and sharing things about your life with them, then you are absolutely ready to join an existing group. Master Mom groups are open to any participant as long as the total group number does not exceed 5.

To learn about ongoing groups or to be added to a list for future groups, please contact me.

Not a mom?

Or possibly you’ve just got this mothering thing in the bag! What you really need is a healthy group of women to help identify obstacles common with your station of life and motivate you forward into something better. Here are some group ideas catered to women but not focused on mothering:

  • millennial women

  • working professional women

  • single women

  • what’s next women (women who have lost their significant other)
